General conditions

Your booking is confirmed as soon as you receive a reconfirmation from my side.

Costs for transportation (coaches, chauffeur driver cars, vans, public transport, etc) and entrance fees are not included, I am however pleased to include suggestions and prices for these services on request.

Both parties agree to a waiting time of 30 min after the arranged start of the tour; waiting time counts as part of the arranged tour duration.

Payment is required in advance by bank transfer or – only if specifically agreed – in cash on the spot.

 

Cancellation conditions and fees

Up until 14 days before the tour date cancellation is possible free of charge.

Cancellations received within 14 – 3 days before the tour will be charged at 50 % of the total agreed rate.

Cancellation within 2 days of the tour or no-shows will be charged at 100 % of the total agreed rate.

 

Rates

 

Per basic tour*: € 200.—

Overtime per hour (or part thereof) : € 90.-

These rates are basic prices, to give you an indication of costs. They may vary, depending on duration of the tour, group size, programme and time of the year.

*A basic tour is, for example, a 2 hour city walk with a group/party/family of 10 guests.

Different rates apply for larger groups, longer tours, special itineraries etc. Please contact me for your offer.
